Potage Parmentier

 La recette simple, efficace et réconfortante à base de poireaux.

Recette pour: 8 personnes



Éplucher les pommes de terre, laver et émincer les poireaux. Dans un faitout, faire revenir les poireaux avec le beurre sans coloration à feu doux pendant 10 minutes. Ajouter les pommes de terre et les cubes de bouillon de bœuf. Mouiller avec de l'eau. Assaisonner et cuire. Après cuisson, mixer et vérifier l'assaisonnement puis y verser la crème. Servir très chaud. Vous pouvez accompagner le potage de croûtons frits.
